Ingredients
Kimchi Mayo:
3 tbsp. Bibimbud Kimchi Sauce
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dynamite:
15 pcs. siling haba
250g ground pork
3 tbsp. Bibimbud Kimchi Sauce
1 egg
1 minced garlic clove
Sliced cheese
15 pcs. lumpia wrappers
Oil for frying
Directions
Prepare the chili peppers by putting a slit on one side lengthwise from top to bottom, removing seeds. At the same time, carefully separate lumpia wrappers and set them aside.
In a preheated pan, cook minced garlic together with ground pork. Drain excess liquid and add in Bibimbud Original Kimchi Sauce. Simmer until the liquid has reduced. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool down.
Add an egg to ground pork and mix until well combined
Using a teaspoon, gently stuff each chili with ground pork and sliced cheese. Wrap individually with lumpia wrappers and seal with water.
Cook in a pan over low to medium heat, turning as needed until golden outside. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil.
Serve warm with Kimchi Mayo.
