Ingredients
Marinade:
2 tsp Bibimbud
1/2 kg pork belly
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
Toppings:
1/2 Chinese cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, sliced
1/4 kilo kangkong
2 cups sayote
2 red onion, sliced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt (to taste)
2 fried eggs
1 sheet nori, sliced
Directions
Marinade the pork belly with a mix of Bibimbud, sesame oil and oyster sauce
Fry the eggs, sunny side up and set aside
Sauté onion with apple cider vinegar and set aside
Separately, stir fry carrots, sayote & kangkong with salt & sesame oil and set aside
Season Chinese cabbage with sesame oil and Bibimbud to taste
Pan fry the pork belly and add soy sauce
Assemble the veggies, pork, fried egg on top of hot rice. Pour over more Bibimbud and garnish with nori and sesame seeds
