Ingredients
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Chopped White Onions
Minced Garlic
100g Chopped Bacon
2 pcs Dried Fish (Tuyo) flaked
3 tbsp Korean Red Pepper flakes
325g Tofu
125g Bibimbud Kimchi Sauce
400ml Water
1tbsp Fish sauce
Directions
Sautee onion, garlic, bacon, dried fish, and korean red pepper flakes
Cover to cook bacon and pepper flakes
Add Bibimbud Kimchi sauce and stir well
Add water and fish sauce
Simmer until sauce is slightly thick
Add tofu, fresh egg, and other spices
Remove from heat and serve plain or with hot rice
