Fish and Chips with Kimchi Tartar

Ingredients
Kimchi Tartar Sauce
1/2 cup Bibimbud
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp of lemon/apple cider
3 tbsp sugar
Fish Fillet
Cream Dory Fillet, 800g
3/4 cup flour
1/4cup cornstarch
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. garlic powder
3/4 cup beer/sparkling water
Directions
Bibimbud Tartar Sauce
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined—season with salt and pepper.
Serve cold or at room temperature together with the crispy fish fillet.
Fish Fillet
Combine all ingredients except the Cream Dory Fillet in a bowl until smooth.
Coat the Cream dory fillet with the batter one piece at a time and fry them in preheated oil until the fish turns golden brown.
Drain well on paper towels and set aside
