Ingredients
3 tbsp Bibimbud
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Bibimbud
1 cup freshly cooked or day-old rice
1 egg
salt & pepper
cheese
dried seaweed,
other toppings of choice (onion leeks, sesame seeds, etc.)
Directions
Heat pan on low heat, add oil. Cook scrambled egg as preferred, add salt and onion to taste
Add rice, soy sauce, and bibimbud. Mix thoroughly until rice is evenly coated
Transfer to plate/bowl. Add cheese, seaweed, and other toppings. Serve.
