Ingredients
1/2 cup Bibimbud
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 cup ground beef
2 tbsps. garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1/2 cup corn kernels
3 cups cooked rice, leftover or day-old is preferred
1/4 cup leeks, sliced
3 tbsps. sesame seeds, toasted
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsps. nori strips
3 sunny-side-up eggs
Directions
In a wok or large frying pan over medium heat, add in sesame oil and canola oil. Fry ground beef until nicely browned.
Add in garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Mix in corn kernels and rice. Add Bibimbud sauce and toss until rice is well coated with the sauce.
Mix in leeks and sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide into 3 serving bowls, then top each with nori strips and one sunny-side up egg
