Ingredients
100g Bibimbud
Ottogi or thin wheat noodles
Chopped spring onions
2 tbsp sesame oil
Directions
Bring cups of water to a boil and add the ottogi or thin wheat noodles. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Mix the Noodles and Bibimbud Kimchi sauce in a bowl. Add more Kimchi Sauce to taste.
Add sesame oil and top with sesame seeds. Add shredded nori on top or the side.
