Ingredients

3/4 cup Bibimbud
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsps. garlic, minced
Pepper to taste
1kg pork kasim, cut into small cubes

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine Bibimbud sauce, soy sauce, calamansi juice, lemon-lime soda, brown sugar, garlic and pepper to make the marinade.

  2. Thread the pork cubes onto barbecue sticks, making sure they're compact and secured. Put them in a large tray or in a wide container. Pour over half of the marinade onto the pork skewers while reserving the other half for basting later on. 

  3. Marinate for at least 3 hours or ideally, overnight. 

  4. Preheat a grill. Arrange pork skewers on a single layer and let cook while basting with the remaining marinade often.
