Ingredients
3 tbsp Bibimbud
1 tbsp red onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
250g ground beef
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
2 cups lettuce, chopped
6 soft taco shells
Directions
Sauté onions, beef, and bell pepper.
Once cooked, add Bibimbud.
Assemble lettuce and filling on soft taco shells, top off with cheese. Add more Bibimbud as desired.
